Delivery Times

Value Added Tax

Please note that the prices shown are VAT inclusive (17.5%), if your order is invoiced and delivered outside of the the European Union we will adjust your order price accordingly. This does not apply to the postage and packing charge. VAT Registration Number: GB 226 9467 35

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Hyperbolt products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Payment

We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, JCB, Maestro and American Express. Alternatively we do accept UK Bank cheques sent with an order to the address stated below with a cheque made payable to Hyperbolt.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone our customer service department on +44 (0)20 8579 5166 or e-mail us at sales@hyperbolt.com for an immediate response to your query. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Hyperbolt within 10 days in the condition they were received.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.

Overseas Orders

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Any orders placed with Hyperbolt will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction.
