Selecting a product

Select by Motorcycle

Click the Motorcycle make from the list across the top.

A list of models will be displayed by engine size. Click the model and a list of products with thumbnail images will be displayed. Click thumbnail images to display larger images.

Always select a colour for aluminium products.

Some products have options such as size. Please check the selection before adding to the shopping basket. The default option will be added to the shopping basket if you do not select an alternate option.

Click the "buy" button to add the product to your shopping basket.

Select Nuts & Bolts

Click "Nuts & Bolts" from the left menu.

A thumbnail for each type will be displayed. Click either the Nuts, Bolts or Washers thumbnail to display the range of products in that category. Click the appropriate thumbnail on the results page to display the product details.

Click the "buy" button to add the product to your shopping basket.

Select Accessories

Click "Accessories" from the left menu.

A thumbnail for each type will be displayed. Click a thumbnail to display the product details.

Click the "buy" button to add the product to your shopping basket. Some accessories are specific to a make and model of motorcycle. If so, please select the make and model from the drop down menu.

When you click the "buy" button the item is added to you shopping basket.

Review Order

Click the Review Basket link at the top of the screen to display the basket"s contents, where you can alter quantities, or remove items. If you have chosen a wrong product or product option, then remove the item and add the correct version to the shopping basket.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.

When your order is complete, click the Checkout link at the top of the page to display your Shopping Basket.

Delivery

Select the delivery option that you require. The amount is automatically added to your order and the total amount is shown on the final button "Click to Complete Order - Total Amount: £**.**"

Payment Method

Choose your method of payment from the drop down box. Either PROTX Secure Online Credit Card Payment, UK Bank Cheque or telephone with your Credit Card details.

The next screen is where you will be asked to complete your billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click the "Enter" button.

Secure Credit/Debit Card processing

If you are paying by credit or debit card the secure server page will be displayed. This will encrypt your credit card details so that they cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person. Once you complete the secure details on screen, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

All online credit card payments details are entered on a secure server (a padlock or key will be visible at the bottom of your screen in the secure server page).

Payment by Cheque

If you have selected to pay by cheque or money order, a receipt page will display, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.
